Our presentation covers the roots of socially dysfunctional work group behavours in women, the emotional pain and career damaging dynamics women create for one another, woman to woman hostility, and conflictual relationships between women at work. We define why this exists and provide solutions to mitigate, prevent and overcome this destructive dynamic.

Half Day Workshop
We offer on site half day workshops for women participants who work with women, or managers that manage women work groups. The social roots of this dynamic are brought to light and the oft conflictual nature of women's work relationships are explored. We discuss why women sabotage and undermine other women at work, identify the behaviours and the effect it has on morale, productivity, turnover and operational difficulties and expenses related to turnover of staff.
We'll review what women require at work to feel fulfilled, how female relationships develop and why they sour. We will then devote time to understanding the problem and focus on real life strategies to solve this dynamic, in small groups.
We believe that understanding what initiates conflict will enable female workers to better analyze what's going wrong and women will be empowered to foil destructive conflict before it begins.
